Travellers Vote
Travellers vote for their favourite participating hotel — one vote per hotel per participant.

Results Verified
All votes are reviewed, verified, and finalised to ensure a fair and transparent result.

Winners Announced
1 winner and 2 runner-up hotels are announced each December and promoted across our website, newsletters, and social media channels.
Awards Recognition
At the end of the voting period, three hotels receive special recognition. Additional category awards may also be presented.
